Will your programs make me build muscle?
Yes, but only as far as you want that to go. Ladies, please note that your body DOES NOT produce the muscle building hormone testosterone like men do; therefore, it is very difficult to gain the same type of muscle as your boyfriend, husband, brother, etc.
Most likely you’re building lean muscle AND burning bodyfat. Rather than relying only on what your scale says, it’s best to use an alternative approach, which I outline in the program. By following my advice, you’ll always feel like you’re getting closer to looking great naked.
